Located in Saint Louis, Missouri (USA), People’s Art and Recreation Center (PARC) is a community space and center designed for artists, entrepreneurs, and community collaborators to come together and bring ideas to life via diverse programming, branded campaigns, live events, hands-on workshops and recreational activities.
