Located in Saint Louis, Missouri (USA), People’s Art and Recreation Center (PARC) is a community space and center designed for artists, entrepreneurs, and community collaborators to come together and bring ideas to life via diverse programming, branded campaigns, project management, product development, live events, hands-on workshops and recreational activities.
